Policies

Are crystals natural and without damage?

These minerals and crystals are natural so there may be small natural inclusions, cracks or surface scratches. Please pay careful attention to the photos and video. Should you need further details, feel free to contact us via email or DM us on Instagram!

Are the color of the crystals accurate?

Photos and videos are taken with daylight balanced lighting and color can vary slightly from different devices.

What is the size of the crystal?

All items are measured with the longest side first in either mm or inches or both. 

Below are descriptions of mineral sizes

Miniature: 38mm to about 64mm

Small Cabinet: 65mm to 102mm

Large Cabinet: 103mm to 152mm.

Extra Large Cabinet: 153mm or larger.

Are sphere and acrylic bases included?

Spheres all include a free stand unless it's a mini sphere.

Some minerals come with a free acrylic base or perky box, as described in the description of each product.

Shipping Policy

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide from Brooklyn, NY, USA with USPS and UPS. Orders placed in New York are subject to local sales tax.

What is your order processing time?

Orders are subject to 5-7 business days for processing before shipment. We will not require payment on pre-ordered custom or delayed orders until after they are ready to be shipped.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Yes! Tracking numbers will be sent to your email as soon as your order is packed. Please allow 5-7 days for processing your order.

Do you provide shipping insurance?

We use USPS and UPS as our shipping carrier and rarely have issues but sometimes situations may occur. While we can assist you with filing a claim, we are not responsible if a shipping carrier loses or damages your package. For your protection, you may purchase insurance on your package, which would facilitate a possible refund or reshipment of your order should the carrier fail to deliver it to you.

Do you provide signature confirmation?

Yes, signature confirmation can be added to your order shipped domestically and with USPS! With this service, customers can have peace of mind knowing their package will arrive safe and sound. Shipping insurance also does not cover packages marked delivered but somehow do not end up in your possession. Signature confirmation further ensures that the package is delivered to the correct recipient.

Do I have to pay international import fees?

International orders are subject to import duties and we are obligated to put the full value of the order on the package.

Returns / Exchanges

What is your returns and exchanges policy?

We value our customers and your satisfaction is important to us! However, we are a small company and every order is nonrefundable. If you are unsatisfied with your item and it arrived with noticable damage that is not specified in the listing, please contact us within 5 business days to exchange your item or receive store credit.


We will issue an exchange less shipping charges. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
All international orders are final sale.
Please allow 10-14 days for your exchange to be processed.

What if my order is missing or lost?

For missing or lost items, please reach out to us and let us know. We will help coordinate a missing mail claim with the shipping carrier. Please consider purchasing shipping insurance and signature confirmation to ensure you're able to get a partial or full refund.

Please note we are unable to provide any refunds if the package is marked delivered at your address so consider adding signature confirmation to your order.

Instagram Sale Policies

What is an instagram live sale?

We host live video sales on our instagram account at @ohcrystalhoney where we curate a selection of new material. Customers with an instagram account can join our live sales and comment to purchase items available. They are fun events where we join together as a community to enjoy admiring new crystals and minerals.

The first comment I see on my screen with "Sold price" will get the item. Everything sold in instagram sales are a commitment to purchase within 24 hours.

What are feed and story sales on instagram?

Including live sales, we also do sales in our stories along with feed posts. We will usually announce every upcoming sale a few days ahead of time.

How do I pay for my instagram claims?

After each instagram sale, a custom listing will be posted on this website.

Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the listings to be posted. When your listing is ready, we will send you a link of your listing through Instagram DM. Please doublecheck your requests folder if you have never messaged us before. You can also access your listing under the Custom Listings tab.

Each listing will be titled using your Instagram username (i.e @ohcrystalhoney).

Add the listing to your cart & check out. Please double check that you only added your listing to your cart. Do not pay for someone else's listing. Feel free to add shipping insurance or other items in our shop to your cart.

All listings must be paid within 24 hours of posting. Failure to pay your invoice within the time period or without open communication will result to being blocked from future sales.

Do you have payment plans available?

Payment plans are currently available through Afterpay, Klarna, and Shop Pay.

Do you offer open boxes?

Open Boxes are an option to combine purchases into one shipment over the course of 2-4 weeks. Please note OPEN BOX in the "Order Special Instructions" section during check out.

Shipping will be paid if order is under $100. If your combined order is over $100, shipping overages will be refunded.
